Wine tourism at a ‘cathedral of wine’

A co-operative winery established in 1919 and considered one of the “Cathedrals of Wine.” This is a magnificent example of modernist architecture: it was designed by the architect, Cèsar Martinell, a student of Antoni Gaudi. Its construction is characterised by the use of the Catalan vault and visible, solid bricks. Discover its harmonies and elegant, simple and functional lines that were designed for the production and making of wine. Enjoying enotourism in this “cathedral” is synonymous with immersing yourself in almost 100 years of history.

The winery has a large agroshop where you can purchase the wines and oils it makes along with other quality, regional products. During the Gandesa Wine Festival the Night of the White Grenaches takes place here. ©Enoguia
